What a topless bartender actually does
She runs your bar. Arrives ahead of guests, sets up, pours, mixes, keeps glasses full, clears empties, and handles the bar for the length of the booking. There is no routine, no music cue, no show. The party runs normally with someone competent handling drinks, and that is the entire appeal — atmosphere rather than performance.
The practical difference is duration. A dancer booking runs 45 to 60 minutes and the room stops to watch it. A bartender booking runs three to four hours and nothing stops at all. Groups that want the night to keep moving book bar staff. Groups that want a moment book dancers. Plenty of parties book both, with the bartender working the whole evening and a show dropped in somewhere near the middle.
How many you need
One bartender comfortably handles up to about fifteen guests. Above that, drinks start backing up and you want a second. Above thirty, two is the minimum and three is better if you are serving cocktails rather than beer and wine. Three hours is the standard booking. A fourth hour is commonly added on the night when the party is still going, and that is easier to arrange if you mention the possibility when you book.
What you provide
All alcohol, mixers, ice and glassware are supplied by you. We provide the staff, not the bar. A functional surface to work from, a sink or a water source nearby, a bin, and somewhere private to change are the only real requirements. Most hosts underestimate ice by roughly half — for a four-hour party of twenty people in Miami, buy more than you think and then buy more again.
If you are hosting somewhere without a proper bar, a folding table with a cloth over it works perfectly well. The setup matters far less than having everything in one place rather than scattered across a kitchen.
Mixed groups and couples
Bar staff bookings work for crowds that a performance booking would not suit — coworkers, couples, mixed-age birthdays, house-warmings. Nobody is put in the position of watching something they did not sign up for, because there is nothing to watch. House rules
No photos or video. No touching. The service is bar work and nothing outside that is on offer — requests end the booking. Payment is settled on arrival before service starts. Guests who are too far gone are the host’s responsibility to manage, same as any booking.

Private homes, condos, hotel suites, villas, yachts and chartered vehicles across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. That includes Brickell, South Beach, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Doral, Aventura, Kendall, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. Yacht and boat bookings work well for this format specifically, since a bartender on board solves a genuine logistical problem — the same reasoning that applies to entertainment on the water generally.
What drives the price
Number of bartenders and total hours are the two primary factors. Weekend and holiday dates cost more than weeknights. Distance beyond central Miami adds travel. Cocktail service costs more than beer-and-wine service because it takes a more experienced bartender. You get a straight number on the phone rather than a quote form and a wait.
