Why This Booking Exists
Ten years ago a bachelor party or a bachelorette weekend had one shape and everybody knew what it was. That’s changed, and it’s changed fastest with groups in their twenties and thirties.
What we hear now, constantly: one or two people in the group are quietly uncomfortable and won’t say so in the chat. A partner has an opinion. The guest list includes coworkers, or family, or the bride’s mother. Somebody’s in a relationship where a traditional booking would cause a genuine problem. The organizer feels the tension and does nothing at all, because the only options they know about are all-or-nothing.
The parties that go wrong aren’t the ones where somebody objected. They’re the ones where the host thought there were only two choices.

What Hostesses Actually Handle
- Drinks. Mixing and serving what you’ve supplied, keeping people’s hands full without them getting up. On request we send a shopping list with quantities for your guest count.
- Games and structure. Selecting, explaining, running and scoring. Prizes distributed and tracked so nobody wins three times while someone wins nothing.
- Music. Playlist run from the host’s device so no guest’s phone is the speaker for four hours.
- Photos. Taken throughout, with the person who normally holds the phone actually in them.

Venue Notes for Miami
- Private rental homes and villas are the easiest venues. Confirm the host’s outside-vendor policy and guest cap in writing.
- Condo buildings frequently prohibit outside vendors on amenity decks and cap guests per unit. Brickell and Miami Beach towers are the strictest. Ask building management the week before.
- Hotel suites work for indoor bookings. Hotel pools generally don’t — they use their own staff.
- Restaurant private rooms usually have a hard end time. Confirm it before planning the run of show.
- Outdoor daytime events need shade from May through October. An unshaded Miami deck at 2 PM in August is not a four-hour venue.
- Ask about a microphone for 30+ guests. Without one a host is shouting, and the tone changes.
