We are a Miami stripper booking service covering Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Bikini waitresses are a staffing booking, not a show. They work the room the way bar staff work a bar: trays, refills, clearing, and a look that fits a pool party or a villa without stopping the night for a routine.
What the booking actually is
A bikini waitress arrives in street clothes, changes on site, and spends the booked hours moving drinks. She is not a dancer on a delayed cue. There is no music drop, no chair in the middle of the room, and no expectation that guests sit still. If you want a performance, book a performance. If you want the party to keep talking while someone competent handles glasses, this is the line.
That distinction matters because groups mix the two and then get annoyed when a waitress will not “just do a little set.” She will not. The terms are staffing. Pushing past that ends the booking the same way it does for bartenders and hostesses.
How this differs from hostesses and from dancers
Hostess-only bookings are fully clothed event staffing with no performance and no undress. They fit mixed-age lists, daytime events, corporate rooms, and couples who do not want a show in the house. Bikini waitresses are still not a show, but the wardrobe is a bikini, so the room has to be an adult party. If grandparents, kids, or a building desk that already hates you are in play, book clothed event staffing with no performance instead and do not try to split the difference.
Dancers are the other line. A dancer booking is typically 45 to 90 minutes, adults only, and the room stops. Bikini waitresses run longer — usually three to four hours — and the room does not stop. Plenty of bachelor parties book waitresses for the afternoon by the pool and dancers later. Those are two invoices and two arrival windows, not one person asked to do both jobs.
How many you need
One waitress covers a small terrace or a pool deck of about a dozen people if drinks are simple. Two is the comfortable number for twenty. Above that you are running a bar, not a tray route, and you want bar staff or a second pair. Tell us the headcount and whether you are pouring beer or building cocktails. We will tell you if one person is going to drown.
Standard time is three hours. A fourth hour is common when the sun is still up and nobody has moved inside. Mention that when you book so we are not guessing at 7 p.m.
What you provide
Alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware, and a surface. We provide the staff. A kitchen island, a folding table, or a pass-through to the patio is enough. Ice is the thing hosts get wrong in this climate — buy more than looks reasonable. Somewhere private to change is required. A bathroom with a lock beats a guest bedroom with no door.
House rules
No photos or video of the staff. No touching. Tray service is the job. Payment is settled on arrival before service starts. Guests who cannot follow that are the host’s problem, same as any private booking we send.
Where it works
Pool homes, villas, hotel suites with a wet bar, rooftops that allow vendors, and some boats if the operator already said yes. A waitress on a party-bus dancer package is usually the wrong tool — the bus is a performance space between stops, not a cocktail floor. Houses and decks are the natural fit.
Price and booking
Headcount, hours, day of week, and travel drive the number. Weekend season dates cost more than a Tuesday in Kendall. You get a price on the phone. Two weeks ahead for Saturday in season. Mid-week same-day is often possible. Call with the date, the address type, and how many people are drinking.
