Groups book Miami dancers and event staff through us directly by phone. Art week is a calendar problem. Villas fill. Hotels get tight. A private night still has to be private, not a continuation of the fair.
Short answer
Book the house or villa you control. Not a gallery. Not a fair floor. Not a pop-up. Art week nights are adults-only shows or hostess staffing for mixed collector rooms. Lead time is longer than a normal Saturday. Two to three weeks if you want a specific window. Call (786) 743-6030 with the date inside the week, the address type, and whether clients will be in the room.

The Fair Is Not a Venue
We don’t send performers onto a fair floor, into a brand activation, or into a gallery opening you don’t control. Those rooms have their own insurance, their own patrons, and their own idea of a scene. Private entertainment stays private: a house after the opening, a villa, a suite.
If the night is clients and spouses and someone from the museum board, you are looking at Party Hostesses. fully clothed, no performance, no undress. not a set you hope the room will “get.”
Art week is not a loophole. It is a busier version of the same rules, with worse traffic.
Houses After the Opening
The useful booking is after people leave the fair: a smaller list, a door, a clock. Don’t drag twenty fair acquaintances into a show. Keep the list the people who were always coming to the house.
Hotels during that week are stricter, not looser. Hotel suite constraints still apply. Villas in the neighborhoods people actually sleep in are the default.
| Works | Does not | |
|---|---|---|
| Venue | House / villa / allowed suite | Fair, gallery, restaurant |
| List | Named adults | Open door from the opening |
| Line | Show or hostesses, chosen honestly | A set “for the vibe” |
| Time | A window that survives traffic | A 11:00 sharp that assumes I-95 is empty |

The night starts when the house is yours again, not while the fair still has your guests.
Traffic, Timing, Coverage
That week is one of the dates on the busy-weekends calendar for a reason. Build a later arrival. Don’t stack a 9 p.m. dinner in Wynwood and a 10 p.m. show in a far villa without a buffer.
Names on the roster go early. If you already have faces in mind, say so on the first call. Browse Meet the Dancers before the week is on top of you.
Date inside the week, address type, list, show vs hostesses.
Don’t pretend both are on time.
Closed room if it is a set. Hostesses if it is not.
House Rules
- No photos. art-week crowds have cameras in their hands already.
- No fair-floor gags.
- Payment on arrival.
- No plus-ones from the opening walked into a set.
What Art Week Does to Ordinary Rules
It does not suspend them. It makes hosts sloppier because everyone is tired and everyone has a plus-one. Tired hosts miss vendor rules. Plus-ones turn a closed list into a party. Neither is a reason to put a performer on a fair-adjacent patio.
Collectors are not a guest category that gets a different ethics. If they would be shocked, they should not be in the room. If they asked, in words, for a private adult night at the house, that is a show conversation. If they asked for a continuation of the opening, that is wine and hostesses or it is nothing.
Staff of galleries and fairs are at work even after hours. Don’t book a set that includes people who still have a shift in the morning and a reputation in a small industry.
Neighborhoods near the main activity fill with short-term rentals. Those houses have neighbors who have been through this week before. Inside, door shut, cars not blocking. The week is not your alibi.
If your villa is also hosting a daytime viewing, don’t leave a night booking attached to the same open door. End the viewing. Then start the night. Two events, two lists.
We will not send looks that parody artists, fairs, or institutions. Theme is wardrobe for a private house, not a bit about the week.
Call with the night in the week, not “sometime during Basel.” (786) 743-6030.
A Worked Night After the Fair
Villa, named list of twelve adults who were always coming to the house, not the fifty who were at the opening. Fair ends. Cars take an hour. Set is timed for after that hour, or hostesses work the late arrivals and there is no set. Door is not an open continuation of the preview.
If spouses and board members are in the twelve, hostesses. If the twelve asked for a private adult night, a show is a conversation. If you cannot tell those apart, hostesses.
No performer on a terrace facing other rentals. No looks that mock a fair or an artist. No plus-one from a booth.
Book the night in the week, not the week as a blob. Coverage moves night by night. (786) 743-6030.
What We Will Refuse
Fair floors. Gallery openings you don’t control. Open doors from a preview. Bits that parody artists or institutions. Same-night stacks with no travel buffer. Lists that are really “everyone we saw today.”
We will refuse to treat collectors as a special ethics class. Shocked people don’t belong in a set, however much they spend.
Which night in the week, which house, which list. (786) 743-6030.
Have This on the Call
Date. Address type. house, condo, hotel, boat. Headcount you would defend. Show or staffing. Any building rules you already know. That is the quote. Anything you invent later is how nights slip.
If you don’t know the address type, you are not booking yet. If you don’t know the headcount, wait until the flights or the RSVPs are real. We can talk in the meantime. We cannot pretend a number.
If you want names off the roster, say so, and accept that Saturday coverage is coverage. If you want a theme, one word, no intellectual property, no celebrity bit.
If the night depends on the named house list, not the fair floor, say that sentence first. It picks the line faster than a story about the weekend.
Write the four things down before you dial (786) 743-6030. The call is short when you do. It is long when you describe a vibe and hope we translate it into a product.
We will tell you no when the room and the product don’t match. That no is part of what you are paying for. Take it and book the line that fits, or book dinner.
If you need a script for the call, use this: this night in the week, this villa or house, this named list, show or hostesses. We will tell you if coverage exists for that night. (786) 743-6030.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you send someone to a gallery dinner?
Not as a show on a floor you don’t control. Hostesses only if the venue allows vendors and the list is appropriate.
We have collectors and spouses.
Hostesses, or a later show after spouses who don’t want it have left. Don’t mix those in one room.
Is weeknight cheaper during art week?
Not reliably. The whole week behaves like a weekend. You get a quote on the call.
Yacht instead of a villa?
If the charter allows performers and the list is closed. A boat is not a gallery loophole.
Can we book two nights?
Yes, as two bookings. Coverage is the limit, not a package printout.
Same-day during the week?
Ask. Don’t plan the dinner around a yes we have not given.
Themed looks?
At booking, generic. No character IP, no celebrity bits.
What do you need on the call?
Which night in the week, address type, who will be in the house, show or staff. (786) 743-6030.
