They are not a dancer set that happens to hold a deck, and they are not fully clothed hostesses running a family game night.
What the job is
A dealer arrives in street clothes, changes on site, and works the table for the booked hours — usually three to four, not a 45-minute show. She shuffles, deals, manages the pot if you want that, and keeps the pace from dying while someone looks for a lighter. The room does not stop for a routine. If you wanted the room to stop, book a dancer.
Strip-rule games are a different night. If the table is going to turn into dares and clothes, say that when you book so we send the right person and the right terms. How it differs from hostesses and dancers
Hostess-only bookings are fully clothed, no performance, no undress. They fit mixed-age and corporate lists. Bikini dealers are adult-party staffing. If kids, grandparents, or a condo board are in the mix, book VIP hosts with no undress and play cards among yourselves.
Dancers run a timed set and the room watches. Dealers run a table and the room plays. You can book both in one evening — dealer for the first hours, a set later — as two arrivals. Do not ask a dealer to “just dance a little” between hands. That ends the booking.
What you provide
A table, chairs, cards or a set we can use if you have nothing, chips if you care about them, drinks, ice, and a surface that is not a bed. We provide the dealer. A dining table with the pads off works. A proper felt is nicer and not required. Somewhere private to change is required.
Headcount at the table matters more than headcount in the house. Six seats is a game. Sixteen people wandering through is a party with a table in it — you may want a second dealer or you may want to close the door. If half the house is there to watch and not to play, you are drifting toward a show. Say that on the call so we do not send a dealer into a crowd that wanted a dancer.
House rules
No photos or video of the staff. No touching. The job is dealing. Payment on arrival before the first hand. Guests who cannot follow that are the host’s problem. For general private-party logistics — arrival, change space, end time — the same bones apply as any other private booking we send.
Where it works
Homes, villas, hotel suites with a table, some buses if the vehicle is parked and the operator allows it. A moving bus is a bad card table. Yachts work when the salon is actually a room and not a wet deck.
